Written Examination:
If a candidate cancels his/her examination:
1. prior to 14 days of the scheduled exam, $250.00 of the fee will be refunded;
2. within 14 days of the scheduled exam, the entire fee is non-refundable.
Clinical Examination: (Specialty and
Subspecialty)
If a candidate submits an application which is not accepted the
application fee minus $250.00
will be
refunded.
If a candidate whose application has been accepted and has been assigned for
examination withdraws prior to 60 days before the examination date, the entire
application fee is non-refundable.
If a candidate has been assigned for examination and withdraws within 60 days of
the scheduled examination date, the entire application fee is non-refundable;
the examination fee minus $500.00 will be refunded.
Re-Certification Examination:
If a candidate cancels his/her examination:
1. prior to 14 days of the scheduled exam, $250.00 of the fee will be refunded;
2. within 14 days of the scheduled exam, the entire fee is non-refundable.
