| OCC EXAMINATION IN OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY (ReCertification) |
| If the applicant cancels their examination prior to 14 days of the scheduled examination, $500.00 of the application/examination fee is forfeited. |
| If the applicant cancels their examination within 14 days of the scheduled examination, the entire application/examination fee is forfeited. |

| If an application is rejected by the Credentials Committee, $500.00 of the application fee is forfeited. |
| If the applicant has been accepted for examination but cancels prior to submitting the examination fee, entire application fee is forfeited. |
| If the applicant has been accepted for examination but cancels after submitting the examination fee, the entire application fee plus $500.00 of the examination fee is forfeited. |
| If the applicant cancels within 30 days of their scheduled examination date, the entire application fee plus 50% of the examination fee is forfeited. |

| If the applicant has been accepted for examination but cancels within 45 days of the examination, the entire application fee plus the entire examination fee is forfeited. |
